Do you offer volume or bulk discounts?

Not at this time, but we strive to provide competitive pricing to give you the best value possible!

Shipping costs vary based on the size of your package and the delivery destination. Currently, we do not offer shipping discounts.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you the UPS tracking numbers via an Excel spreadsheet for easy reference. Please note that UPS often experiences delays, and we are not liable for any shipping delays once the package is in transit.

We ship nationwide across all 50 states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Canada, Puerto Rico, or other locations outside the U.S.

Yes! Our order form contains a column for you to include a personalized gift message for each recipient.

Absolutely! We can feature your logo on a custom label and match specific sprinkle colors to your event or brand. Please note that custom materials can require up to a 2-week lead time. If you have an urgent request, contact our team to discuss possible expedited options for an additional fee. To further enhance your branding, we also welcome the inclusion of small promotional items with your shipment—such as pens, notepads, or coffee mugs—when feasible.

We recommend ordering as early as possible! While we do our best to accommodate your preferred shipping dates, especially during busy holiday periods, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery dates.
