Mindy's Munchies Shipping/Handling And Delivery Information

• Mindy’s Munchies ships anywhere in the U.S. using UPS as our third party shipping/handling carrier.
• We may choose to not ship on Fridays during warmer months to avoid weekend overlays.
• Any express orders must be placed by 12 pm to guarantee shipment leaving our facility that day. Ground orders normally ship within 1- 3 business days.
• All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the next business day.
• Shipments can only be delivered to a street address. the Shipping/Handling Carrier will not deliver to a P.O. Box
• Mindy’s Munchies is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect addresses, weather, or any issue the Shipping/Handling carrier such as Fedex may have.
  NOTE: Shipments that are returned or require re-routing due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment, possibly including replacing the product if damaged.
• Shipping/Handling charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that an office is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
• The Shipping/Handling may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
• We strongly suggest choosing an overnight shipping/handling option during warmer months. Our products are packaged with ice packs when necessary, however they last 24 hours only.

LOCAL DELIVERY

• We hand deliver within a 10 miles radius of our stores.
• Please specify delivery day and time in the notes section at checkout. You can also call the store to arrange delivery day and time.
• We do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, but there is no guarantee. We do guarantee that your order will be delivered on your requested date.
• Unless specified, all orders will be delivered same day.
• Orders cannot be left during the warm summer months. If recipient is not home, a second delivery attempt will be made. If an additional delivery is required, there will be additional fees.
